Wasik's Cheese Selections
Based on years of experience and, yes, many pounds of consumption, the Wasik family has built a formidable reputation for choosing specific cheese selections to meet our customer’s needs. Whether you are pairing cheeses to a 1961 Bordeaux or to a late August gin and tonic, we have the experience to assist you. Please note the following selections are ever changing as each cheese is thoughtfully chosen and shipped to insure proper ripeness upon their arrival to your doorstep.
Please choose from one of the following selections below to receive a sampling of some of the world’s cheeses in optimal condition. Feel free to send them as a gift as well.
Holiday Selections
The Holidays can be a stressful occasion with travel, cooking, in-laws, and yes even the line at The Cheese Shop. Let us take some of the pressure off of your holiday this season (no, we are not offering to house your in-laws) by sending a perfect selection of cheeses and accouterments for you. Each assortment will be handpicked by Brian and Brad to arrive at your desired location. Our Holiday assortment will include a selection of five cheeses, a variety (3 boxes) of Wasik’s Cheese Counter Crackers, and a jar of our mother’s famous Yankee Chutney. This selection is also available to be shipped in a gift basket for an additional fee. Serves 12-16. |

Wasik's Cellar Selection - 5 cheeses - $95
These cheeses are thoughtfully chosen from our cellar and shipped to ensure proper ripeness upon their arrival at your doorstep. From the commitment and craftsmanship of our selected cheese makers, to the fanatical control of maintaining the proper conditions in our ripening cellar while maturing each cheese, every piece shipped in the Wasik's Cellar Selection will arrive in optimal condition. We will pick what we feel are five of the best and most appropriate cheeses from our cellar taking into account the particular season to create a harmony of different milks and textures. This selection is ideal to serve as an after dinner cheese course or simply a sampling of the worlds great cheeses. Serves 8-10 people.

Italian Cheese Selection - 3 cheeses - $55
Italy is another formidable cheese producing country. Whether we select a pecorino from Sardinia, a washed rind cheese from Lombardy, or a blue from the Alps, this selection will display the best that the Italians have to offer.

French Cheese Selection - 3 cheeses - $55
France is arguably the premier cheese producing country in the World. It is extremely difficult to select only three great cheeses from a country that produces so many wonderful cheeses. However, we have done our best to choose an assortment of three of the best French cheeses that are in optimal condition.

Domestic Cheese Selection - $55
The United States has improved leaps and bounds in the world of farmstead cheeses over the past 20 years. A number of domestic cheeses have even come to rival some of the most celebrated and renowned cheeses of Europe. These cheeses will differ from season to season, month to month, and even week to week depending on ripeness and availability. Please enjoy an assortment of some of America's best efforts in artisanal cheese making.

Cheese of the Month Program
Wasik’s Cheese Shop is proud to announce the long awaited arrival of our “Cheese of the Month” program.
With this subscription a selection of three perfect cheeses will be handpicked from our ripening cellar and packaged to arrive on your doorstep in ideal condition. As specialist in ripening and selecting quality cheeses since 1964, the Wasik clan is eager to choose a diverse and sophisticated selection of cheeses for you each month.
Subscriptions for the program are available for 3, 6, or 12 month durations. Each month’s shipment will include a unique selection that will introduce the recipient to an array of different textures, tastes, and milks. Each month’s shipment will aim to serve as an appropriate cheese course for 6 people.
