Join us as Steve Wasik, Cheese Meister Extraordinaire, leads us through the ins and outs of pairing these delicious substances (both a product of fermentation) with one another. Steve is the owner/proprietor of the Wellesley Cheese Shop (one of the oldest and busiest full service cheese counters in the United States) known to the locals as simply ‘Wasik’s’. Joining him will be Len Presutti, the Corporate Wine Educator of the Martignetti Companies and a Certified Wine Educator to enlighten us concerning the specific wines chosen. He crafts wines of the 'new' Sicily, typified by outstanding varietal expression, rich flavors, and a sensuality that can only be born under the Sicilian sun. Chef Josh Ziskin will prepare a traditional four-course Silician meal and will also feature a cheese course from Wasik's after the meal.
